Went today to take the weld test. Seems like an amazing place to get to work. Pretty excited now that I’ve passed that portion and look forward hopefully to getting to be apart of the team that put out a world class product to John Deere customers.
Showed up at 12:40pm to pickup a load, was told that loading hours are 7am-1pm. I mean I got here 15-20 mins before cutoff but still got pushed back until the following day. Unfortunate and very frustrating. One delay like this can throw …
Man this place will hire just about anyone. Someone was just bragging about lying on his application and he works there. Got help from another guy with and he’s waiting on being hired there. So if anyone is interested in working for this company they hire everyone.
Well....i get preloaded trailers out of here so easy in easy out... can't say the same about will call or live loading... life isn't fair to everyone i suppose... lol
